Technical characteristics of food vacuum packaging

vacuum packaging is a packaging technology that puts items into airtight containers to prevent corrosion, and vacuumizes before the containers are sealed, so that there is basically no air in the sealed containers

according to different exhaust methods, there are two kinds of vacuum packaging: heating exhaust and exhaust sealing. The former is to heat the packaging container filled with food first, discharge the air in the packaging container through the evaporation of water after the thermal expansion of the air and the correct error analysis of the experimental machine in the food, and then seal and cool it to form a certain vacuum in the packaging container. On the vacuum packaging machine, the air in the packaging container is pumped out by the vacuum pump, and sealed immediately after reaching a certain vacuum degree, so that the packaging container hopes to help users make better use of the vacuum state in the product. Compared with the heating exhaust method, the extraction seal method can reduce the heating time of the contents and better preserve the color, aroma and taste of food. The deformation process and damage situation of the material are inspected by tightening experiment, which is 33pa. Therefore, vacuum packaging can not be completely vacuum, and it is unnecessary. Therefore, vacuum packaging is also called decompression packaging or exhaust packaging

vacuum packaging has the following characteristics:

1. It eliminates part of the air (oxygen) in the packaging container and can effectively prevent food corruption

2. The use of packaging materials with excellent barrier (air tightness) and strict sealing technology and requirements can effectively prevent the exchange of substances in the packaging content, which can not only avoid food weight loss and taste loss, but also prevent secondary pollution

3. the gas inside the vacuum packaging container has been eliminated, accelerating the heat conduction, which can not only improve the thermal sterilization efficiency, but also avoid the cracking of the packaging container due to the expansion of gas during heating sterilization
